Order Inquiries

Our associates would be happy to help you with any questions you may have about our furniture and products. Please contact your nearest store by phone or email. If you are interested in ordering furniture pieces, we suggest a visit to one of our stores to see the product first hand. If a visit isn't possible, we are happy to take your orders over the phone and arrange delivery. A 25% non-refundable deposit for furniture orders can be given by Visa or MasterCard. For merchandise other than furniture, we can ship your items through Canada Post with applicable shipping and handling charges. Please contact the store nearest you for more details and shipping charges.

Customer Rewards Program

Join our Rewards program and save! When you sign up, we record your purchases and reward you with 2% back on every $500 you spend. Reimbursements are given in the form of store credit. Gift Cards

A great way to let your family and friends enjoy the Wheaton's® experience! Gift cards are available in any denomination and can be redeemed at any of our store locations, and the Cider Press Cafe.

Deliveries

Once you've chosen the perfect furniture piece, you may arrange for delivery to your home. Your order will be transported directly from our production facility, with our staff ensuring that the best of care is taken. We deliver anywhere in the Maritimes with delivery rates based on the distance from our stores. Please contact the store nearest you for more information.

Return Policy

At Wheaton's®, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return within 30 days of purchase. Your purchase must be returned in saleable condition with the original packaging and be accompanied by the original receipt. Unfortunately, clearance, earrings and food items are non-returnable.

 

Extended Christmas Returns Period
Items purchased between Nov 1st and Dec 7th may be returned for refund or exchange (with receipt) on or before Jan. 7th, 2017. Our standard 30-day return policy will resume for items purchased after Dec. 7th, 2016. PLEASE NOTE: Neither policy includes Christmas Decor, which cannot be returned for refund or credit after Dec. 24th, 2016

There are NO refunds or exchanges for any tea, coffee or K-cups
